Welcome to Ereus PSP Ltd ("Ereus PSP", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://ereuspsp.com (the “Site”), our application programming interfaces (APIs), and our payment services platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Site or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies or agreements. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Site or services.
1. About Ereus PSP Ltd
Ereus PSP Ltd is a Cyprus-based payment service provider offering merchants secure access to international acquiring banks, card schemes, and e-commerce payment infrastructure. We facilitate payment processing through our proprietary Platform and API integrations, enabling businesses to conduct secure, compliant, and efficient online transactions.
2. Eligibility to Use Our Services
To be eligible to use our services, you must:
- Be a registered legal entity;
- Be duly authorized to act on behalf of such entity;
- Undergo and comply with our onboarding procedure, including Know Your Business (KYB) verification and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
Use of our Platform by natural persons is strictly prohibited unless part of an authorized merchant arrangement.
All merchant websites, URLs, and associated domains must be approved by Ereus PSP and its acquiring partners prior to activation. Merchants must notify Ereus PSP in writing of any new URLs, changes to their website(s), product offering, or business model. Ereus PSP reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if such changes occur without prior approval.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site and Platform lawfully and ethically. Specifically, you must not:
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our systems or services;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, merchant accounts, or APIs;
- Use the Platform for any purpose other than as expressly permitted under a valid merchant agreement.
4. Scope of Services
Ereus PSP provides access to the following services:
- Card and alternative payment processing;
- APIs for seamless integration with merchant websites or platforms;
- Secure transaction routing to acquiring banks and other third-party facility providers.
Use of these services is subject to a separate Merchant Agreement, which governs commercial terms, risk controls, settlement schedules, and associated fees.
5. Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
Before integration and activation of services, merchants must complete Ereus PSP’ onboarding process, including KYB verification and approval of their website(s), URLs, and business model by Ereus PSP and its acquiring partners.
Merchants are also required to provide valid PCI DSS certification and ASV scan reports for the platform or payment environment being integrated. Ereus PSP and its acquiring partners reserve the right to review and approve all documentation prior to enabling live processing.
Failure to provide accurate or complete documentation may result in rejection, delay, or suspension of onboarding.
6. Access Credentials and Security
Upon successful onboarding, merchants receive credentials such as API keys and dashboard access. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity conducted using them.
In the event of suspected unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at compliance@ereuspsp.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, service marks, content, software, and other intellectual property featured on the Site or Platform are the exclusive property of Ereus PSP or its licensors. No content or functionality may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or exploited without our express prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from using our services in connection with:
- Illegal or high-risk goods or services (including but not limited to drugs, weapons, counterfeit items, or stolen property);
- Transactions involving sanctioned countries, entities, or individuals;
- Laundering proceeds or circumventing financial regulations;
- Any other activity deemed non-compliant or reputationally damaging, at Ereus PSP’ sole discretion.
We reserve the right to decline or terminate services for any merchant we identify as high risk or non-compliant.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
While Ereus PSP strives to maintain a secure and continuously available Platform, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the extent permitted by law, Ereus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Ereus PSP shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities;
- Service interruptions or delays;
- Unauthorized transactions or system intrusions;
- Acts or omissions of third-party facility providers.
Our aggregate liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid to us by the affected merchant under the applicable agreement.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Platform, without prior notice, if:
- You breach these Terms or the terms of your Merchant Agreement;
- We reasonably suspect fraud or illegal activity;
- You fail to meet ongoing compliance obligations, including provision of updated KYB or AML documentation;
- Your activity poses a threat to the integrity, reputation, or security of the Platform.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, process, and protect your personal and business information.
11. Amendments
Ereus PSP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Site with the new effective date. Continued use of the Site or Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the Court of Cyprus, in English language, and the award shall be final and binding on both parties.
